> 3 dayGot this laptop and was very pleased. I was able to set things up but then the issues started. I could use the trackpad all day with no issues but as soon as I would go to use the keyboard, the computer would shut down. Sent the computer into Acer and they said the couldnt replicate the issue. I recreated it within 5 minutes of having the laptop back so I sent it back in. They ended up replacing the motherboard. But again, the issue still occurred after getting it back from Acer. Sending the laptop back for a refund because Im done dealing with Acer. This laptop was beautiful and had great performance when I was able to actually use it.

> 3 dayThe laptop did not come in the original packaging and was missing some attachments as I have seen in product reviews, but that is fine. I purchased the unit used for under $800, so I figured the laptop was an open box. No scratches or dents in perfect working condition, so I got a steal. The only downside is, the laptop is for my son, however since it’s used I was not able to add insurance. I can hold my own when it comes to PC/laptop repairs so not a deal breaker. I did notice that upon setup, I had to plug the laptop into an Ethernet for setup. WI-FI was a greyed-out option until Windows 11 booted, then I was able to disable airplane mode. My hard work paid off.

> 3 dayAll the features and specs of a laptop that costs hundreds more. Ive had this for about a month now and it works great! Plenty powerful enough for almost any task, games, audio recordings and productions, video editing, etc. I use it for all of that and more.

> 3 dayI will preface this review by saying that I am not much of PC gamer since I have a PS5, but I was in the market for a new laptop as we go into another year of working from home. I am in AWE of how fast, powerful and well-designed this baby is. The screen is big and has excellent display. The graphics are top notch, which is helpful to me as I take on more graphic design responsibilities for work, and the it has a very fast processor with more than enough storage and memory, that can even be upgraded to 32GB. For now the 16GB is sufficient but I love having that options. They keyboard is wonderful to type on and being able to use both Wifi and Ethernet connections at the same time means there is NOTHING that will stop you on it! There is a cooling mechanism on the bottom of the laptop for the hardcore gaming marathons so the machine runs efficiently no matter what you put it up to and it is integrated with Alexa so you have a personal assistant at the ready too!

Greater than one weekIm not a huge fan of gaming laptops in general (desktop preferred). And Acer would not normally come to mind when you think of high-end gaming systems (Alienware or ASUS are probably more likely to be on you list). However, with the specs on this Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-54-760S, it deserves a spot VERY close to the top of your list! And price point is very competitive floating around (depending on when/where you purchase) $1300.00 - 1400.00.

> 3 dayAt a time and place where standard video cards are running $1000+ for halfway decent value cards, this laptop delivers everything it could for less than $1500. Was a desktop replacement for my son, who has it hooked up to a 50 4k display at 60Hz without any issues (It should be able to run 120Hz, but the TV doesnt support it) The insides to upgrade hard drive and memory are generally speaking not very easy to get into and in practice, they really dont want the consumer to do it themselves, but we upgraded ours to 32GB and added a 1TB NVMe drive to the system and its really set to do anything he needs for quite some time.
