> 24 hourOver all the tower gets hot. The fan cant keep up. So we have to put a fan on it. My son uses it to stream his Iracing but it blocks a portion of the live stream out. Figured its not the source but the computer.

> 24 hourIt did power on when it arrived but froze within 24 hours and would not start back up. I combed the internet for a about 16 hours trying every solution I could find. Nothing worked. Called tech support and their recommendations were VERY VERY basic and were all things I tried in the first hour. Acer won’t warranty because it’s from Amazon. Got a best buy membership and had them take a look at it. They said it’s toast. They couldn’t get it to boot after replacing, cpu, ram, graphics card, basically everything but the motherboard. Really disappointed. Returned and praying for a refund soon

> 24 hourDid not purchase from Amazon, but I wanted to share my horrible experience. Purchased this gaming PC for my son to also use as a HW computer. This PC has been in repair and in transit more times that it has been in use.

> 24 hourI love the computer, Ive been using it for about 8 months with no major issues. I do have one really annoying problem where the caps lock and num lock messages are always shown and I cant find a way to turn it off.

> 24 hourI have always been a gaming laptop kind of person. They’re plug-and-play, I don’t have to mess with the insides, and they come with the latest tech. for a decent price. Well, my ROG Zephryus G14 died on me in a 2 year span and I realized gaming laptops aren’t super sustainable in the long run anyway. So, that leaves me with building my own gaming PC or buying a pre-built. I fully intended to learn the ropes and build my own, but the prices for certain parts are still astronomical and I just don’t have the time. I’m sure a lot of other people are in the same boat.

> 24 hourFor the past few years, Ive been gaming on an Acer laptop and have been very happy with its performance. I recently bought a new game and decided it was time to upgrade my machine. So of course I chose another Acer and I was not disappointed. It can easily handle the higher graphics settings and I hardly ever hear the fan. Its surprisingly very quiet.
