> 3 dayI dont know anything about computers, hardware, gpus, ram and dont care nor do I want to learn. I play pc games and just want to be able to play those games. The most important thing was 1. will it work immediately after plugging in? 2. I am unwilling to call tech support for any reason even if an easy fix or it goes back. Worked immediately and is a great machine. It doesnt even purr like a kitten, it makes NO noise. I could lie and say that I looked into stats but I just picked the highest options, which imo..if you do that and pay that high price for a pre-built, it 100% should work out of the box and it does beautifully. Games look great too, zero lag. I didnt use the mouse or keyboard that came with it. I would get anxiety due to peoples reviews that some future upgradeable thing is not good or need to switch out something, but some of us wont be doing that, so if you want something to work and work well for what you pay for it, then this review is for you. Im ok with being a computer idiot but thats why these companies exist for us idiots to have zero thinking involved. The only cons.... it was delivered in the pc box with only its inside 2 pieces of protective foam, like no outer box, address label slapped right on the side showing exactly what it was and surprised it wasnt stolen/oops got lost/misdelivered. It has tape on the edges with Acer logos but like that ever stopped anyone. Nothing was loose inside but I could see where not putting it inside another box could cause issues for others being jostled around during delivery. 10/10 would buy again.

> 3 dayI have always been a gaming laptop kind of person. They’re plug-and-play, I don’t have to mess with the insides, and they come with the latest tech. for a decent price. Well, my ROG Zephryus G14 died on me in a 2 year span and I realized gaming laptops aren’t super sustainable in the long run anyway. So, that leaves me with building my own gaming PC or buying a pre-built. I fully intended to learn the ropes and build my own, but the prices for certain parts are still astronomical and I just don’t have the time. I’m sure a lot of other people are in the same boat.

> 3 dayDid not purchase from Amazon, but I wanted to share my horrible experience. Purchased this gaming PC for my son to also use as a HW computer. This PC has been in repair and in transit more times that it has been in use.

> 3 dayIts been in for about two weeks, and well worth the purchase. I use this machine for both remote work and for gaming, and it works flawlessly for both. Windows 11 took a little getting used to, but so far, its lived up to all Ive come to expect from Microsoft (that was NOT a compliment).

Greater than one weekI love the computer, Ive been using it for about 8 months with no major issues. I do have one really annoying problem where the caps lock and num lock messages are always shown and I cant find a way to turn it off.

Greater than one weekI was really excited to receive this PC. The moment I set up windows and logged in I noticed the screen periodically blinking. It seemed like the GPU was quickly crashing. I reviewed the reliability monitor and it appears it was repeatedly throwing a live kernel event 141 error which seems to be common by doing a google search. I updated windows, updated the NVIDIA driver all with no luck. I contacted Predator preferred support which is just a foreign call center. They proposed the items I already tried. I even reset it to the factory acer windows image and installed a clean copy of windows with no resolution. After wasting 6 hours of research and troubleshooting I boxed it up and sent it back to Amazon. Waste of a day and no new PC.

> 3 dayFor a prebuild PC it is very good and will last you a long time. The RTX 3070 is a beast and you should not need more than 16gb of RAM (although I did upgrade to 32gb because I had a pair lying around). This PC will run most if not all high end games at high settings.

> 3 dayits a great pre built gaming computer built like a tank ,you cant beat it for the price, very fast and cool at the same time, with all the graphics cards costing more than a use car, its a great value in my opinion.

> 3 dayThe reason why this gets one star is because right out of the gate the build has a major flaw it only has 1 fan in the back 1 fan and the rear and the way everything is set up the system cannot properly be cooled be cooled under load the CPU was sitting at 90゚CThe reason why this gets one star is because right out of the gate the build has a major flaw it only has 1 fan in the back 1 fan and the rear and the way everything is set up the system cannot properly be cooled be cooled under load the CPU was sitting at 90゚C Constantly even if I pulled voltage it woultage it was still not a degree Celsius On paper the build looks good but do yourself a favor and get something that you can at least run properly and maximize performance
