11-06-2025This purchase was an amazing value for the money specially with gpu prices still at an all time high, but be warned however that the power supply that came with this specific model only has 500 watts, so if you want to do your upgrades like more ram and hdd make sure to upgrade the power supply first

> 3 dayI dont know anything about computers, hardware, gpus, ram and dont care nor do I want to learn. I play pc games and just want to be able to play those games. The most important thing was 1. will it work immediately after plugging in? 2. I am unwilling to call tech support for any reason even if an easy fix or it goes back. Worked immediately and is a great machine. It doesnt even purr like a kitten, it makes NO noise. I could lie and say that I looked into stats but I just picked the highest options, which imo..if you do that and pay that high price for a pre-built, it 100% should work out of the box and it does beautifully. Games look great too, zero lag. I didnt use the mouse or keyboard that came with it. I would get anxiety due to peoples reviews that some future upgradeable thing is not good or need to switch out something, but some of us wont be doing that, so if you want something to work and work well for what you pay for it, then this review is for you. Im ok with being a computer idiot but thats why these companies exist for us idiots to have zero thinking involved. The only cons.... it was delivered in the pc box with only its inside 2 pieces of protective foam, like no outer box, address label slapped right on the side showing exactly what it was and surprised it wasnt stolen/oops got lost/misdelivered. It has tape on the edges with Acer logos but like that ever stopped anyone. Nothing was loose inside but I could see where not putting it inside another box could cause issues for others being jostled around during delivery. 10/10 would buy again.

> 3 dayIt did power on when it arrived but froze within 24 hours and would not start back up. I combed the internet for a about 16 hours trying every solution I could find. Nothing worked. Called tech support and their recommendations were VERY VERY basic and were all things I tried in the first hour. Acer won’t warranty because it’s from Amazon. Got a best buy membership and had them take a look at it. They said it’s toast. They couldn’t get it to boot after replacing, cpu, ram, graphics card, basically everything but the motherboard. Really disappointed. Returned and praying for a refund soon

> 3 dayThe 7000 model is an absolute powerhouse! This baby runs even the newest titles at 60 FPS with 4k resolution and max settings! Blazing fast and responsive, incredible performance and visuals! If you set the fans to gaming mode they are quite noisy, but it’s not a huge deal for me, especially since it helps with keeping the PC cool during very demanding gaming. It also works pretty well for emergency cooling; if your PC gets too hot just crank up the fans for a bit and they’ll cool it right down. Gaming mode isn’t exactly necessary though, and there is an auto setting that automatically adjusts the fan speeds as needed. It’s not loud at all during general use. Overall I very highly recommend this PC! You will NOT be disappointed in the slightest!

> 3 dayI have always been a gaming laptop kind of person. They’re plug-and-play, I don’t have to mess with the insides, and they come with the latest tech. for a decent price. Well, my ROG Zephryus G14 died on me in a 2 year span and I realized gaming laptops aren’t super sustainable in the long run anyway. So, that leaves me with building my own gaming PC or buying a pre-built. I fully intended to learn the ropes and build my own, but the prices for certain parts are still astronomical and I just don’t have the time. I’m sure a lot of other people are in the same boat.

> 3 dayI was going to buy it for the black friday price of $1199, but within an hour, it was $1500, which is more than what its worth, imo. Going for the Dell instead.

> 3 dayI managed to snag this on Black Friday for $1099. With a 12700F and a 3070. Based on prices, it was well worth just going the prebuilt route.

Greater than one weekAt the time I got this pc everyone was in the peak of the gpu shortage. I wanted to custom build but couldn’t . I found this pc and to be honest it was a steal. I’m not a pro at pc knowledge but…I’ve picked up a lot more knowledge after getting this one. So first thing is first. The cpu fan… get rid of it asap. I put a Noctua on mine and it was a really easy must do kind of thing. Second the mother board is proprietary soooo don’t expect to over clock your cpu or ram because this will not run any kind of xmp profiles. So all the pretty rgb ram you see on YouTube? Nope. Not happening at least at high speeds. You can put it in their but you may have speed issues. Now everything isn’t all negative. The cpu is a beast. The gpu is pretty good to be honest. The ssd it comes with is ok but all the pcie slots for your nvme m.2’s are gen 3 except for the graphics card slot it’s gen 4 thank god. And the psu is atx12v standard. Which is rather see a plan atx but beggars can’t be choosers. Over all if you don’t want to build a pc and you want the best bang for your buck then….I would consider this machine here. If you want the best performance that you can get out of these kind of specs then I’d keep shopping or diy it and build one. Acer does have an amazing community over at the official acer forum. You can ask a question and usually get responses back pretty quick. As for tech support idk luckily I haven’t had to reach out. So with all that being said….Buy it….Don’t buy it ….you choose.
