I have to admit when I purchased the mouthwash I did not read the ingredients. After using it twice a day for over a week I noticed something odd the way it left my tongue feeling. I think it might have whitened my teeth a bit but I dont really suffer from stained teeth. I liked the foaming action and thought it acts like it has hydrogen peroxide as an ingredient, which it does. But my tongue is left feeling like what happens when you burn your tongue on something hot like coffee. To be fair with the product I made sure I didnt accidentally burn my tongue but continued to use the ACT Whitening Mouthwash. That odd tongue feeling has remained. Keep in mind that is just my personal experience but I am going to stop using it. Your choice for sure.

This hits all the marks for mouthwash Ive been looking for. It has the whitening ability without missing the fluoride like many whitening rinses do. Theres a good foaming action as well that gets into all the hard to reach places.

This product is great when it comes to a mouthwash and teeth whitening. I was even satisfied with the price of this product as well

You can get away with using this with a teeth whitening lamp. I have 0 cavities. This stuff is highly recommended!

I loved it until it undid all the work my Sensodyne did to eliminate my sensitive teeth. Per my dentist, Sensodyne helps by plugging up holes in the tooth to make them less sensitive, but this whitens teeth by pulling all that material back out of the teeth. So, its awesome! (As long as you dont have sensitive teeth.)

March 8, 2022 Love this mouth wash it really does help keep my teeth nice and white. You can find it at Winn-Dixie grocery store in Tavares. Yep, it has peroxide in it that makes the gums around your teeth & gums bubble up and feel really clean. It is about the same price at Amazon prime as at Winn Dixie. As long as the price does not go up higher I will keep buying it.

Ive tried everything to whiten my teeth including special toothpaste, straight peroxide, 33% bleach in bleach trays and whitening tapes. Some work a little, some dont work at all and some go too far, like when the bleach in the trays caused me to have bleached, bleeding gums. This mouthwash is a pleasant relief. I use it twice a day and I find it refreshes my mouth but leaves me with a brighter smile without a nasty, medicinal after taste or the need to have an appliance in my mouth. I wont go a day without it.

I’m not normally a mouthwash person but was tempted by my own vanity and wanted to sneak some teeth whitening without doing the whole bleach and trays deal again. This actually works! I’ve noticed a slight whitening effect by using it only at night so that I can give it the full 30 minutes with no beverages and then go right to sleep so I don’t introduce stains via tea after using it. I really appreciate the pricing and am a huge fan of this brand in general.

I have been using ACT mouthwash since I was 11 years old, my enamel are weaker genetically. Using it everyday after flossing really keeps new cavities at bay. I stopped using it for like a year and got 6 cavities - dont give up your good dental hygiene habits! This whitening version isnt as gentle as the alcohol free ones, but I do notice a whitening effect after using this for weeks. The price on this is higher than the 3.99 for 18 oz alcohol free at Target, but my Target doesnt carry this whitening version, so Ill keep buying it on Amazon.
