> 3 dayMuch more expensive than the green one. Also, the aftertaste is awful. The only reason I switched to this is it is dye free. Hopefully it works as advertised. Update: my teeth are no longer stained since I started using this. It turns out it had always been the colored mouthwash that stained my teeth. Glad I figured it out.

> 3 dayCleans, freshens, whitens. Hydrogen peroxide does create foam, which is not problematic for me. It subsides quickly.

Greater than one weekIve tried other whitening products in the past and not been impressed. I found Crest Whitestrips messy and uncomfortable to use. I went through about 5 tubes of Crest whitening toothpaste and couldnt see any real change. So I was a bit skeptical about this product, especially the claim that you will notice a change after 4 days of use. I didnt see noticeable change after the first week. Still, my teeth took a lot of years to get discolored, so I decided to continue. As I was nearing the end of my second bottle, even this old skeptic became convinced that there was a definite effect. My teeth arent Hollywood white, but they are improving. Im hoping for continued slow improvement as I continue to use the product. So dont get discouraged if you dont see much change at first. This stuff is easy to use, the flavor is acceptable, and it may very well work for you if you persist. Plus you are getting the added benefit of the additional fluoride. Anything that lessens the likelihood of needing dental work is a win in my book.

> 3 dayI started using this for anticavity property as well as for teeth whitening. It does seem to whiten your teeth slightly, but for best result would need to use whitening toothpaste and strips. I was using Listerene mouthwash in the past; however, dentist suggests using this to prevent receding gums because its alcohol free. It does have a minty flavor which I like. I would continue to use this again.

> 3 dayI liked the ACT Iced Sweet Mint much better, I used it every night because it didnt burn at all. I ordered this thinking Gently Mint would be similar but it does have a bit of an alcohol burn. I dont use this every night because Im not a fan of the whitening aspect, I use other product for that and dont really want it in my fluoride. Wont be ordering again and hope the Iced Sweet Mint will be available soon.

> 3 dayI will only buy this mouthwash for the rest of my life, it’s superior to every other one I’ve ever tried. You can almost feel a fizzle around your teeth when you use it, but it’s not too strong or uncomfortable because I have a sensitive mouth. My dentist recommended ACT above all other brands and I see why!
