13-06-2025Had to remove one side of the thick foam from a rifle gun case, cut with scissors to shape, this worked great to line and pad the contents.

> 3 dayI recently installed vinyl flooring and needing something to prevent our large couches from sliding. Unfortunately, the feet are 5 x 5 squares making it really expensive to buy commercial non-slip pads. I took a gamble on this and figured it would be a cheaper DIY way that let me make whatever size I wanted. I am happy to say that these have enough grip to prevent sliding while still allowing you to kind of move the furniture if you lift it just enough to not drag completely on the pad. So far, its been about a month, and we havent noticed any dust or anything clinging to the base of the couches or chairs, and the sound dampening has been awesome for pumps and a few other mechanical things that we wanted to quiet down :)
