Greater than one weekThey work fine. I do like the fact that when exercising outside I can hear vehicles or talk to others. Some reviewers have noted that if you have a big head, they aren’t going to fit well. My head must be on the smaller side, since optimum transmission against the “ear bones” is hard to adjust the fit to achieve. I wish there was a way to reshape the head and ear loops to adjust it so that it sits/rests directly over the bone. Additionally, others reported that the microphone is not picking up clearly when I am on a Zoom call.

> 3 dayIt served me well for over two years, even music playback was surprisingly nice. Unfortunately a few days ago, fresh out of the warranty period, the right earpiece on my Aeropex started rattling. I could deal with it if that was all, but the rattling inside causes an extremely unpleasant resonance, not unlike nails on a chalkboard, when the unit beeps - which happens whenever I press any of the buttons. Ill need to implement a DIY fix that will undoubtedly impact sound quality from the right side, and possibly mic input.

> 3 daythe only way to ride a bike is with the Aftershokz bone conducting phones. You can hear everything around you and the sound is much better than ever anticipated.

> 3 dayBought headphones. They were in their carrying bag inside my tote bag and one of the ear pieces broke off the head band piece. The silicone is intact but the inside structural piece is broken. None of that is important, but suffice it to say this is not heavy wear. My bag was picked up and put down, but nobody walked on it, threw it, used it to fend off a mugger, etc. Just your standard day. There is no contact number for Aftershokz. There is no real online customer service. And their Better Business Bureau grade is a D. There is a chain of work you have to do in order to submit a warranty claim on their website, but the second step is to register the product. There is no product registration page except for one for products bought before December, 2019. This entire process is designed to make the user give up because they assume its their own fault they cant correctly follow steps. I know, I studied these processes. Its part of nudge theory. Im willing to write off a $200+ loss, but I hope others can learn from my painful experience.

> 3 dayI LOVED these from the first use! Then starting a week ago, 2-4 minutes into a run, they would shut off and disconnect. I tried hard resets a few times as well as all other advice I found online. Nothing worked. So I submitted a warranty request and the customer service was INCREDIBLE! Within a few days I had a new pair. I charged them and have used them for one run. They worked perfectly. I am hoping it was just a fluke with my first pair as the sound, way they are worn and overall functionality of these is far superior to AirPods or other earbuds I have used Update: first pair purchased June 2020; replaced September 2020 November 2020, second pair having the same problem. I hate them and am trying to get in touch with Aftershokz to return these overpriced pieces of garbage for a refund.
