They arent actual bone conduction headphones, they are tiny flat speakers that work on the front of your ear. They have a hard time with bass but thats to be expected.

These headsets are incredible for what they are. I never thought the audio quality would be this good, you can hear your environment but I would dare to say that they can isolate you a bit. And for a person thats used to Sonys XM4, the audio quality is amazing. The materials are great. They are comfortable to use while running and exercising, the only downside for me is wearing them while laying down.

Other reviews on sound quality are fairly accurate and the Areoplex cant match a quality headset. For what I need, Ill trade some sound quality in exchange for not having my ears plugged with earbuds or a cumbersome headset. Pairing with Android phone and Laptop was easy-peasey. Using for phone calls was ok. Overall, if thats all I needed it would be fine. Where the Areoplex fails is I facilitate meetings with all the typical software (Skype, MS Teams, WebEx, etc.). Regardless of the software, participants say they can barely hear me or cant hear me at all.

Sound battery and build are 10 out of 10. But for me working in freazing temperatures I wear a beanie/face mask/ and sometimes goggles, which pushes on the back band of the headphones creating pressure on the back of my ears. It is extremely uncomfortable after a couple hours and then it leaves my ears brused for days so I cant wear them again till the brusing goes away. As long as those circumstances dont apply to you. You will love these!

Excellent sound . 2 year warranty .it will you tell you when its connected ,when it needs charging .Comes with two charge cords. Button on left side answers phone or advances music. Lasts 8 hours on a charge, can hear any sounds around you while wearing it. Excellent for the young or the elderly.

These are unbelievable. Even after reading reviews I didnt expect the audio quality they produce. Of course theyre not as good as closed headphones, but theyre not far behind. Light, comfortable. Theres a reason why these are considered best in class

Great headset except for MS Teams. If you are using MS Teams, you will notice that when you mute yourself-there is constant feedback saying ‘MUTE ON’ which is pretty annoying. I don’t think Aftershock has a fix for this. The workaround is to open the Teams meeting as a web page as opposed to the application.
