Hi, it’s me, one of those ppl who wants to make/sew everything but gets overwhelmed & does nothing. This purchase was my first step into getting myself into sewing motion so I’m proud of that… right? And it’s a lot of fabric so there’s so much you can do with it. I haven’t used it yet but it’s on my “do to” shelf looking so do-able. 5 stars~~!

Just received it and it did arrive sooner than the estimated date. It is thicker than high quality 100% cotton bed sheets but not as thick as drop cloth. So I consider it thin but not unreasonably so for the price. I picked this one specifically because it was advertised to be 63 inches wide - but it’s not. It is 61 inches. I did quick calculation on length which came out to 338 inches. This is 1.8 feet shorter than advertised. I’ll keep it because of my time crunch but I’m clearly disappointed on two ends (pun intended). Thankful I did not need the entire 30 feet for my intended project. Overall still not a bad buy but of you are planning on a project using the measurements advertised then you will find yourself disappointed like me.

I purchased 20 yards of this muslin and am happy with the purchase because I will be able to stop using various stashed fabrics and sheets as muslins. Making wearable muslins was actually impeding my progress because I would forget what I had done to improve the fit. While the muslin is a bit thinner than the muslin I remember, I dont think this will matter for fitting purposes. I really like have a good amount of it so I dont have to worry about running out in the middle of a designing project.

I got this because it was supposed to be very wide. Its not, though. The fabric I received measured 46 inches wide. Its a pain but wouldnt have been the end of the world if the seller would repair their error. But the seller asked me to print a label, repackage it, drop it off and have it mailed back before they would reimburse me and/or send me the actual product that I ordered. Which is a pain in the behind.. So Im not going to bother.

I needed yards of muslin to make lining covers for foam pillows. Ordered this in natural (unbleached) as the price came to about $3.70 a yard. Can’t beat that, but didn’t have high hopes for good quality. Surprise! This is nice sturdy muslin. I prewashed and preshrank in the dryer. Washed well and didn’t seem to lose much to shrinkage. Very pleased! Would recommend.
