> 3 dayI purchased 20 yards of this muslin and am happy with the purchase because I will be able to stop using various stashed fabrics and sheets as muslins. Making wearable muslins was actually impeding my progress because I would forget what I had done to improve the fit. While the muslin is a bit thinner than the muslin I remember, I dont think this will matter for fitting purposes. I really like have a good amount of it so I dont have to worry about running out in the middle of a designing project.

> 3 dayThis fabric is a bit narrow for what I was originally planning to use it for, but I love it anyway. It washed and dried beautifully(expect it to shrink, its cotton). I immediately ordered another 10 yards. Thank you!

22-11-2024I am very happy with my purchase. The only problem I had was in the way they have it folded---it got a bit confusing. But the fabric is fantastic for sewing muslins.

> 3 dayThis is the perfect weight to use as a mock up in determining fit issues before the final garment construction. I was very pleased to see it was all in 1 continuous length. The quality seems to be good, (will know more after I cut into it) but for my purposes longevity is not a concern. Overall, I have been well served with this purchase.

> 3 dayThis was my first time ordering this fabric and it completely exceeded my expectations! Its thick, which I love and works very well for my needs. If you are looking for something light, this may not be for you. Overall, Im very happy and this will be my new go-to for lining!

Greater than one weekThe fabric is ACTUALLY COTTON... YEAH!!!! Minimal shrink when washed & dried. Quality seems pretty good, okay for the price point advertised. Im wincing only a little at the extra I paid due to lying listing info. Very light, fine, airy (think batiste)...but this listing is a wreck. To my purposes its doesnt have quite enough.... Body... for pattern making muslin. I like the fabric itself - actually have been looking for just this weight/weave of cotton - FOR COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PURPOSES than why I placed this order. This should work well for sheer, lightweight type curtains, shadow applique, shadow embroidery. (See photo) Delicate hand embroidery, eyelet work, gauzy feel for apparel applications without the puckering. *BUT* When I order a specified size/quantity for a specified price, that is what I expect to receive. Amazon & their vendors really need to learn & police their fabric terms, labeling/listing practices, etc.... And if you are going to sell fabric measurements matter! The width received is actually 56 (NOT within the 2 grace range to be labeled as 60) . A customer should be able to figure that theyll get at least a usable 58 across after washing from fabric listed 60 wide. The length (I triple checked) is only 9 yards (& 2 inches). The 10 yards is clearly stated all over the item listing & my order info. This is unacceptable practice. Apparently theres no simple, direct link to contact about this without creating a return. I will be spending the time & calling Amazon. I like this fabric & will use it. just want my bill adjusted to reflect the merchandise actually received!

> 3 dayI used this fabric for draping and it was a little harder to work with. I would try to wash it before hand and see if that helps with how stiff it can get when ironed. Because of this stiffness it’s important to note the fabric was a bit harder to drape, but nothing unmanageable. It also was a bit of a struggle to block this fabric. I am a beginner so maybe it took me longer than most, but I blocked other fabric for my sample faster and easier than this muslin. Overall I would say it was great quantity and not bad quality for the price. The stiffness is the only thing that kept me from reviewing 5 stars. Again, perhaps if I would have washed it before hand it would have relaxed the fabric and made it easier to work with.
