Amazon Basics 6-Outlet Surge Protector Power Strip, 6-Foot Long Cord, 790 Joule - White

I will not rate cord length, I am not satisfied with it, but its my fault. Its very short and basically just converts one outlet into 6, but its not really extendable. Solid value though.

Cant recall how many of these Ive ordered for work, home, and end up giving away because theyre so handy.

Great basic surge protector! I bought this to replace a surge protector I had my deep freezer plugged into. We had a fill valve fail in a toilet & flooded part of the house & fried my surge protector in the process.. However, I believe it saved my freezer! This is a small price to pay to protect your appliances & electronics! I highly recommend this one

My other one had a short in it so I needed a new one works great

I wanted to add this to my RV for conveniently plugging in electronics. I ordered it but when I got it, the included instructions state that you cannot plug this into a location less than 30 feet from the electric panel. Most RVs dont have that distance anywhere so this is totally useless for me. I asked an electrician who has worked on RVs for 35 years. He said he uses these all of the time in RVs and this is the first one he has seen that includes this statement and he does not know why it would state that..

Handy thing to have at home.

Does what it is supposed to do. I really appreciate the longer cord, especially because I bought it for work and weaved it through the desk to the ground.
