Seems to be working fine, I dont generally have electrical utility problems where I live in Alberta. Our electrical grid is solid and even a little overbuilt so brown outs and black outs are not much of an issue here, maybe more so in a large commercial or industrial setting but thats not where I use this product. Still, Im a firm believer in product and computer protection so this is a low price to pay for a little piece of mind.
