Amazon Basics External Hard Drive Portable Carrying Case

Very nice case for External hard drive. It keeps it clean & nearby. Seller did a great job in sending it quickly & packaging it well

I got this case to keep my WD My Passport 2TB Portable External Hard Drive Storage USB 3.0 Black safe and so far it has done an excellent job. The case sturdy enough that if you accidentally drop it, you would feel safe that your hdd would be unharmed. Not that I would recommend dropping it, of course. The case is small enough that it fits nicely in my cargo shorts for easy transport. I would easily recommend this case if you own the WD My Passport portable hdd.

This is a great case. Its lightweight, but still offers a solid shell for protection. I admittedly do not use it for a hard drive, but for small item travel case. It is constructed well and seems durable.

Its a great case for my WD Portable Drive. It looks nice and my drive fits perfectly in the case. There is still room for the USB cable, too!

We ordered this after WD free case was wore off. Stored our 2 TB drive and its in the laptop bag for more than two years. Look and feel of this product is good.

So i bought this with my seagate back up plus and it to big to fit in. After some adjusting i managed to get it to fit nicely. Overall if you are looking at the seagate backup plus i would say go with another case.

Ultimately, I returned this item. I missed the fact this was for an external hard drive not an external Cd/Dvd. The product looked like it would work well for a hard drive so I did not want to penalize it unfairly in a review. Also, Amazons return process was awesome. I did the return online and handed it to an Amazon employee. Amazon then repackaged the items, addressed the package and sent it back to the manufacturer. It was the simplest return Ive done and I was back in my car in 5 minutes.
