Amazon Basics External Hard Drive Portable Carrying Case

Make sure you read feedback from other customers who have purchased already. I did so I was well-aware of what I was receiving. For instance, thats when I realized it is a hard sleeve case bag. I received this item on the 20th and it wasnt due until the 23rd. I am so happy and now waiting for items purchased from other sellers. I wish they shipped out as quickly as this seller did.

I have a 4TB WD My Passport and it fits just fine into the case. But if you want to keep something else besides the WD drive in the case it may not fit. Ultra small USB flash drives and microSD cards will fit in, anything larger - probably not. If you have Seagate Ultra Slim 1TB or 2TB drive, or 1 TB WD My Passport then there is plenty of room to keep other stuff as well. Basically this case can accommodate either one 4TB drive or two 1TB drives.

Perfect fit for my WD My Passport. I use the mesh pocket to keep the cord and several USB drives. The case is hard but the inside has a felt like material as not to damage/scratch the hard drive. Feels like it could be water resistant but I dont want to test that out.

I was able to receive this package thru a co-worker here in the USA while I was in my home country. He sent this item in a package to my location together with the 1TB WD MyPassport External HD.

Use this to store 2TB drive, cords, and a 20GB usb stick. Fits well.

For the price, this is a great hard drive case. Seems a little flimsy but will serve its intended purpose for protecting my hard drives.
