Major upgrade from my old ryzen 5 1600. Runs great does need a liquid cooler if you wana really over clock or play very demanding games without it over heating though. But I absolutely love it.

Great CPU, Im trying to build my first PC and I needed a good CPU for my build and the price was great. Comes with a fan cooler for the build so you dont have to buy one.

I use this computer primarily for productivity (work). I do a lot of parallel programming, so I needed something with a lot of cores. This has 8 (+8 hyperthread), which makes a big difference for me. I wasnt willing to shell out the money for a threadripper.

I replaced the stock fan for overclocking purposes but I was able to use some of the visually appealing and silent appeal to maintain low temperatures as long as the ambient temperature remains constant at approximately 25 degrees
