Springing for 8 cores was worth it. Everything runs really smooth in my rig.

Never had a proble with it well worth the money hasnt over hitted comes with its on fan.

This processor rocks. I would have went to the new 12 core processor... but they are difficult to find. I do not regret my purchase. I will be buying more

Zen+ enfonce encore le clou par rapport aux Zen (1xxx). Conso en baisse, vcore ultra bas, support de la mémoire vive plus simple! Et le tout avec 10% de performances en plus par rapport au 1700.

Very good deal if you are on a budget and just need to upgrade from your 7 year old computer that cant run CS:GO, there are way better parts you can get in 2019 but for a simple upgrade ITS WORTH IT. Cant go wrong with 8 cores and 16 threds. If you are doing an upgrade make sure your motherboard is AM4 compatible or you will be sitting in your room with a 160 dollar CPU that will become a paperweight if you drip it. if you are like me you will need to upgrade your mother board, ram, and GPU (graphics card).
