AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Processor with Wraith Spire LED Cooler - YD2700BBAFBOX

I love this CPU.

Do not buy this if you have to pay full retail price, unless you have some special reason to do so. Rather, get the 2700x. On the other hand, if its on sale (I got mine for $220) then it is a very good buy. I upgraded from an i7-6700 to do more multimedia work whereas before I was gaming on my PC. I can still play everything at 60+FPS, but as an added bonus my render times and encoding times were greatly reduced. Multitasking is also less sluggish than it was with the i7.

I upgraded to this CPU from a Ryzen 5 1600 and have noticed a boost in performance. Plus the RGB stock cooler is a nice bonus.

Does not heat up so much, the box fan is decent enough.

Good for gaming, striming & Editing . I like this CPU

Definitely a steal when upgrading or building new. Built mine new, after using an am3+ chipset for the longest time, and theres a massive difference in power

Save $$ and just overclock this to a 2700X, Im at 4.0ghz @ 1.325v. Performs about the same as a 2700x with XFR.
