AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 8-Core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler

i7 8700からの乗り換えで購入しました。付属のwraith prismクーラーで運用しています。5000番台のCPUを購入予定でしたが、在庫がなく、供給が安定してからの換装を視野に入れています。今のところ冷却面では問題ないのですが、現在使用しているケースが窒息気味なので、夏場になるとちょっと不安な気がします。少しファンの音も気になるので、簡易水冷のクーラーに換装予定です。cinebench r15でのシングルスコアは200を少し超える程度で乗り換え前より僅かな向上ですが、8コアということもあり、マルチではかなり差をつけることができています。非常に満足しています！

Awesome cpu cant fault it at all just make sure that if your going from a ryzen 5 or another one that update the bios first so I have an easier install

Fast CPU, get a good motherboard and you can future proof it as it uses the AM4 socket.

Runs just about anything you want

This CPU is a game changer, it has boosted my productivity ten fold. Handles renders, and multiple tasks easily. I use an after market cooler so temps arent a problem, but the cooler it comes with is pretty nice for a stock cooler. Been pushing this CPU and it takes care of everything I throw at it. Photo editing. Video editing. Gaming. Streaming. You name it, the 3700x has it handled. Make sure you optimize your RAM to make the most of the infinity fabric.

I built a PC for the first time and was torn between AMD and Intel. Ultimately decided to go with AMD because of a Black Friday deal from Best Buy. Well, that CPU came dead out of the box, so off to a not so great start. I ordered another one off Amazon because Best Buy was out of stock and Amazon, as always, came through. CPU got here in 2 days and works flawlessly. If you want to save some money, go for the 3000 series. They work great and prices are going lower as 5000 series stock increases. I cannot be happier with AMD and I will be rocking AMD builds for the foreseeable future.
