Since 3700X is out of stock, I have to choose 3800X, I am not crazy at the overclocking, Every thing is fine except the fan, the original fan is too noisy! The RGB is nice but the noice gets the reduce. It push me to change a water cooler. the Ryzen has made a much progress in 2019, hope it can push Intel to show something. That is the best result of competetion.

So happy to be apart of the Red team with the amazing stuff theyre doing these days. I had intel for several years in my previous gaming PC and it was good but intel is doing shady things and I just dont want to support them. This is a huge upgrade and should make this easily a 10 year PC. As far as value, normally the 3700x is by far a better deal, but I was able to snag this for an insanely low price on black friday for essentially the same price as the 3700x.

Great cpu got it on sale and its lightning fast and handles all games. I have this paired with a 3080 and Im quite happy.

Holy smokes, this is the fastest CPU under $400 ever devised by man. Ive been running folding @home with 16 threads overnight 12 hrs straight, and running at 4.1Ghz after 12 hrs, at 90degressC, using the stock Prism cooler. Youll have god-like powers if you upgrade to a 3800X. And the prism cooler is insanely beautiful in a case with a glass side. LOVE IT!
