Love this CPU. I havent overclocked or anything, still plays my games fine.

Upgrades from an Intel i7 4770, and holy shizz! This thing is absolutely amazing. Its essentially a 3700x that is more overclockable and a little more future proof. It was worth paying the extra 40 bucks. If you are trying to save money for other parts. Just get the 3700x. Especially if you will not be overclocking at any point. I paired it with the MSI MPG x570 GAMING PLUS MOTHERBOARD. Pairs very well.

Processore che va oltre qualsiasi aspettativa. La cpu di punta di casa AMD è riuscita nellintento di offrire nella fascia consumer un prodotto che fino poco tempo fa era relegato alla fascia HEDT. Otto core, sedici thread, velocità che supera facilmente i 4 ghz. Tutto quello che serve è un buon dissipatore. Io personalmente ho messo un AIO deepcool castle 360. Temperature in idle sui 40, in full (al 100% ) che non superano i 70. Accoppiatelo a una buona scheda madre x570 e ad ottime ram compatibili ryzen (nel mio caso le g.skill neo) ed avrete una macchina che asfalta qualsiasi cosa darete in pasto.

Prestazioni ottimali, consiglio, se non lo avete, di munirsi di un ottimo dissipatore, insieme fanno faville... In sostituzione a un 2700x, la differenza si vede. Controllate prima se dovete e se si può fare laggiornamento BIOS per la compatibilità

Since 3700X is out of stock, I have to choose 3800X, I am not crazy at the overclocking, Every thing is fine except the fan, the original fan is too noisy! The RGB is nice but the noice gets the reduce. It push me to change a water cooler. the Ryzen has made a much progress in 2019, hope it can push Intel to show something. That is the best result of competetion.

Nothing against the cpu itself but BE CAREFUL ON WHAT CPU YOU GET I ordered a 3800x and it came in a box for the 3800x but the processor was a 1700x. I would try a different seller just in case since this one seems to have the tendency of bait n switching. Oh and I didnt get the codes for the free games either.

More than sufficient for a high end gaming rig. Runs cool, quiet and very fast. Other components of course need to be high end to get the best out of this CPU.

This thing is a beast! Great power for the price.
