Just about to the end of my 48 hour burn in test and is holding up strong. Super fast. I installed the 3800x on a msi mpg x570 gaming wifi board and no problems. Running stock prism wraith heatsink. This is the best stock heatsink ive ever seen. Still gonna put a hyper 212 on it later based on research. All I can say is so far so good and I am glad i decided to go with this over the 3600/3600x/I5 9600k. I will update this if I have any problems but I doubt that will happen.

Works great even with stock cooler. Runs stable. Would suggest just getting the 3700X to save some money. Not a real performance boost between them

I chose this CPU, as it seemed the best bang for the buck for gaming. I was close to getting the 3900x, but the cost just didnt seem worth it compared to the 3800x. All the benchmarks showed this was more than enough for my needs.

BOught it on a black friday sale week for less than the 3700x was selling for. I have zero issues and it always is stable, friendly and it beats my I7s with ease. Not to mention the background work it does with seti at home etc. No complaints at all... looking forward to trying the gen4 later this year...

Its great but runs hotter than I am comfortable with.

Easy Install, Amazing Chip!

This 8 core beast of a mainstream desktop consumer cpu is amazing, its auto boosting allows it to push just a little higher than its base of 3.8ghz, 4.2 seems where its happy. However if youre great at manual clocking it will go further with a better cooling solution.

Bought in black Friday to upgrade 2600x on tomahawk b450. Fan that comes with is led amd fan and is a little fiddly to install but otherwise very good.
