AMD Ryzen 7 3800X 8-Core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler

I got the 3800x with the rgb wraith cooler and 2 pretty new games on black friday for the price of the 3700x. It is running pretty great but Im told there is little difference between this and the 3800x and the 3600x for gaming. I purchased this cpu for around $300 and believe I got a really good deal. Im not sure I would have purchased it without the sale and extra bonuses, however.

I am in IT since 2000 and I was always a intel Fan boy, but I have to give a try to Amd Ryzen and this cpu is a blast. For your $ to performance there is no way to hesitate go AMD. I am sorry but Intel need to improve them cpu, and intel never do any discount on them overpriced cpu.

Probably way more power than I need but that just means I wont be taxing it and it should last me a good long while.

Un pò come tutti i ryzen tende a scaldare un pò troppo, la temperatura arriva a 95 gradi sotto stress test pur senza overclock. Lho provata su diverse schede madri ed il risultato è il medesimo. Quindi personalmente ho preferito non overclockare.

Ottimo rapporto prezzo/prestazioni, montato su ASUS TUF x570 plus Wifi con dissipatore stock in dotazione.

Fast processor but the main issue is the high temperature cores so you will need a water cooling kit and I recommend Corsair

Runs everything Ive thrown at it so far. Good stock cooler.
