this will work in most rayzen boards.. but you have to be sure you update the BIOS before you insert this cpu chip.

Sicuramente le nuove apu fanno di meglio, ma questo era il top apu sul mercato prima della nuova serie e non mi pento dellacquisto. Buone prestazioni cpu anche se scalda un po sotto stress, grafica integrata non la considererei per gaming ma ottima per applicazioni ufficio/fotoritocco dove gestisce senza problemi luhd. Il dissipatore incluso tiene sotto controllo le temperature ma diventa un po rumoroso, nel mio caso un dissipatore noctua low profile fa molto meglio in termini di silenziosità ma non riesce a tenere sotto controllo le temperature purtroppo.

Bought this CPU with a motherboard that supports the CPU, according to the manufacturers website. Of course, the motherboard only supports it after having a firmware update. The firmware update requires a working CPU to update the motherboard, which I do not have. AMD knows about this, and provides a Short-Term Processor Loan Boot Kit to permit this, but they sent a CPU that does not work either (requires a graphics card that I also do not have, as the point of this CPU is the integrated graphics). It turns out that the Short-Term Processor Loan Boot Kit does not cover processors with integrated graphics, and that youre expected to have a discrete graphics card if you expect it to work. I wasnt informed of this until well after the window I had to return the parts I purchased for this build closed.

Got it on sales: it’s got solid performance, is 8 core and has the same spec than it’s more expensive counterpart in all but a few points. Even, it can be overclock to match the more expensive one in htz, the only real difference is the memory (16mb this one and 32mb for the gaming one. But to be fair, as of now the cpu has never been the source of any kind of bottleneck during gaming, it was always the temporary gpu that we use that did it).

Best because it has the most powerful graphics on board that is going to drive many games at 1080p resolution pretty well for you on mid-lower level performance settings but also because it has 8 cores so its plenty fast even if you upgrade to an external gaming card in the future. I think it offer a lot at the price that has dropped with next gen AM5 CPUs coming out (none have on board graphics just yet), especially when on sale. Get this and if you need more go for the new AMD Radeon video cards that are coming out soon.

Para mi esta compra resultó una excelente decisión, ya que aunque me sirve mucho para entretenerme jugando, en la parte laboral me disminuyo mucho tiempo en procesos que antes hacia, hasta el momento he realizado OC a 4.4 GHZ, y me ha funcionado sin ningún problema, y aunque pude escoger el 5800x, el precio de las tarjetas graficas que esta tan elevado me hizo escoger esta que realmente no me arrepiento en lo mas mínimo
