AMD Ryzen 7 5700G 8-Core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor with Radeon Graphics

Value wise the only thing that beats it is the 5600g but this one is just a bit more powerful and should stay relevant much longer. I paired with some high speed ram and it just flies.

This CPU is really good for the price. If you can pick it up on sale it’s definitely worth it. I got mine to overclock to 4.6 GHz. The Graphic’s are okay for gaming but would definitely recommend getting a better GPU if your doing serious gaming. Highly recommend for a itx build.

Having tested the APU for the last few weeks and running many benchmarks there are a few conclusions I can make.

It’s similar to a i7 performance, which I should’ve realized when I read “Ryzen 7”, but I’m not complaining! Great speed and no issues. Even came with a fan.

So I bought this processer for a budget land parties at my buddys house. Got it so I would not have to spend so much money on a graphics card. When I got it and put it in the system It was fine. About two days later the graphics started to show some distortion on the screen with means the onboard graphics are bad. I tried to restart it from the home screen on windows 10 pro. It just crashed the pc and locked up My other buddy also got a cpu from AMD and his had bent pins on it. Mine come with a broken fan cooler I hope this is just a bad batch of AMD CPUs.
