AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-core, 16-Thread Unlocked Desktop Processor

This chips is extremely hot, I used Corsair H100i liquid cooling at full speeding, it gave me 50 degrees at windows page. If I open any software even google chrome, it will be 60-70 degree. But same thing on my old intel 8700k, it is only 30 degrees. I have to return this one before return window closed.

The CPU is great. All my problems came from the lack of BIOS support on my motherboard (fixed with a BIOS update) and the lack of room to work in my case. The price, as I say in the headline, was still a bit too high, but thats todays market.

If you bought one of these, then you know that they run hot and that you will need more than efficient cooling strategies. If an increased electric bill is no biggie for you, then power to the max. It does have efficiency settings in the bios. The software can also help temper this (ha ha ha). This is one powerful chip.
