As other comments have mentioned, Amazon sends all these Ryzen CPU boxes in a PADDED ENVELOPE which have a almost 100% chance to get crushed. They need to send this in their usual cardboard boxes, why they did not - puzzles me.

Big difference compared to a ryzen 7 2700x but you should also look for a better deal than $400

Also, for anyone that considers purchasing, it has a 4.8 GHz Max Boost which is huge for those who knows about computers. Great quality product as one who is deciding whether to buy should NOT look any further. Best value you can get for a processor. Easily a 5 out of 5 star product

Has been very good performance and reliable for the time ive had it, the memory channels are holding up much better than on my old 3600x where after some time I couldnt use the XMP profile on 3600mhz C14 ram without it crashing. Its a bit difficult to set a fan curve as with the small process, it heats up very quickly towards 80 degrees and comes back down just as quickly when not under load so fan speed can be a bit temperamental. this is a minor thing, during gaming it never spikes very high.

Much faster shipping than I expected, and the box had like 1 little nick on it as seen in the first picture (which litterly means nothing to me) I thought Id include the tiniest damage to show how amazingly well taken care it was in the box when it came to me :)

Ich habe von einen 1800x auf den 5800x aufgerüstet. Ich muss auch bestätigen das wenn man diesen für ein günstigen preis erwerben kann, sich der Wechsel lohnt. Wenn man zumindest vor hat seine alten Komponenten zu behalten und ggf. nur noch die Grafikkarte upgraden will um keinen Bottleneck von der cpu zu bekommen.

Im not lucky enough to get a gold sample 5800x, but huge increase in performance compare to my last r5 3600, and express was amazingly fast. Thx amazon
