AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-core, 24-thread unlocked desktop processor with Wraith Prism LED Cooler

Its been over a year and still loving it!

I left Intel and went with a AMD 3900x. My new build is a beast now. My trusty Intel4790k lasted me a very long time but was beginning to show bumps in the road with some newer games. Bye bye Intel!

Good god did i not want to need to buy this. After a Rigorous effort of looking into my build and 2 on and off months of testing i figured out my last Processor (From the same company) turned out to be corrupt/Malfunctioning. After buying this more recommended and up to date one i could not be happier. And to save a lot of you the time of doing the research. The fan that comes with it does the job perfectly fine. These newer versions do not overheat at all and dont require beefy rigs to keep cool so you can rest easy knowing I did about 2 days of research and testing on my own to figure out this for sure and lot of video surfing to get a definitive answer. No lagging or gaming hiccups and I did slightly overclock.

Il processore va benissimo, non ho configurato alcun overclock. Supporta carichi di lavoro importanti e va bene anche nei giochi in mio possesso (simulatori guida e FPS). Una bestia di processore. Lunico lieve rilievo che posso fare è sulla temperatura di esercizio che tende ad essere più alta rispetto a quella del precedente processore in mio possesso (Intel 6700K delidded con overcock a 4.6MHz su tutti i core). Comunque si tratta di un 12 core paragonato ad un 4 core seppur con una frequenza di esercizio più alta.

Ho comprato questa CPU per un amico per una macchina di ultima generazione, veramente un mostro di potenza.

Processore mostruoso, ovviamente per puro gaming e sprecato e basta ed avanza un 3600x (un 3700x se lo volete future proof in vista delle console next gen), ma se lavorate anche al pc e fate video editing a livello amatoriale o semi/pro, o comunque lavorate su macchine virtuali, e davvero un best buy. Non ce nulla al momento che possa su eguagliarlo qualita prezzo. Ho letto che scalda, ma con un kraken x73 la temp piu alta che ho visto in full e stata 70°, optate per il rimpiazzo del dissi stock quindi, non si merita quella ventolina luminosa questa bestia di procio

After 3 months, Amazon still cant seem to get the product titles correct for these new CPUs. Fortunately, the description details matched what I wanted. This was in fact the AMD Ryzen 9 3900x which is a 12-core processor (NOT 8-core as the current description suggests).

It is the fastest CPU to date that I’ve ever run. Handles anything and everything I throw at it.

The processor is great and packaged well for shipping. The heatsink that it comes with is actually really nice, I have a watercooler from my old PC but this stock one is just too cool. Great performance so far. Great shipping, even during this coronavirus crap. Thanks again Amazon.
