Product failed after 2 months of use. No longer connects to phone.

I am disappointed that after 8 months of use, the bit which connects to my mobile has become loose and does not now charge properly. I had thought this was a good brand.

Fantastic product as to be expected from Anker.. works great and has really good build quality. Charges well no complaints..

I bought these to replace the charging cables that came with a phone and a tablet. The original cables were showing signs of wear, and the tablet cable was no longer registering as fast charging and was having trouble getting the charge to 100%. I thought that the issue was with the tablet battery; with the replacement cable, it gets to 100% and does not immediately drop to 99% when unplugged.

I ordered this for my son for Christmas. They worked fine until one day, the end piece on one of the chargers bent when his tablet fell off of his nightstand. Although I understand this is partially my sons fault, the charger does not seem to be as durable as it is advertised. My son even tried bending it back into place, but that did not do anything. Now, it is basically unusable because it has to be in a certain position to charge, and it is nearly impossible to get it to stay in that position. My son was very upset when this happened because up until now, both of the chargers worked excellently.

I ordered the wrong thing but wish the return policy was easier to find pre purchase. $5.99 to return a 10.99 product.

Of the two cables, one is a five star - great length, fits great in the phone, charges the phone at the speed allowed by the charger. The other cant carry a current and charges the phone at half the speed of the other cable (as measured by Accubattery), and is a one star. Averaging the two gives this a 3 star product. Buy twice as many as you think you need!

Great product, does exactly what it says. I bought these cables in Micro USB, USB C and Lightning cables to set up a sort of charging station so that every time family visit they can all charge their various different phones. Great price and works Great! I love that the end is gold so I can quickly tell it apart from other cables.
