Unit quit charging 6 months after purchase

The charger is very effective at what it does, but unfortunately mine was a dud and lasted until two months after the 18 month warranty period. I dont buy chargers often so this is honestly the first time Ive ever experienced a charger dying on me. I would be very leery or search for a much newer product if youre going with Anker.

These things are great. The quick charge really is a true quick charge. They are portable and can fit numerous USB ports. Great buy.

Edited review: originally gave 1 star. 5 stars for customer service though. Its not what I wanted but the customer service was still really exceptional. literally charges my huawei mate 9 at 1/4 the speed of my old samsung charger for my s6 and 1/5 the speed of the charger for an old huawei phone.

I was pleasantly surprised with the size of this thing. Its not big at all. I use it to charge my phone and power bank at the same time.

I was supplied a sample for test and evaluation, and I promised that my review is fair and honest. I received this charger almost 2 weeks ago have been using it daily with multiple devices. I like that I can connect an iPad mini 4, Asus TF300T, Galaxy S6, Galaxy Note 7 or iPhone 5S without any issues. I like the overall design, how compact it is, plus the charging speed (as long as you use good cables). The LED light is a plus and is not a distraction. The charger is very well made and cant really find an issue with it.

Using it to charge Samsung Note 8 and Note 4.
