> 3 dayIm extremely disappointed in Anker right now! I purchased this and two 6ft. cables exactly three months ago today. The cables lasted two months; failing to deliver a steady charge at first then quickly becoming completely useless. The cable seemed fine but the gold-plated contacts became loose and wobbly. But thats another story (and product). I was excited to finally get this charger because Id heard good things about Anker, and desperately needed a fast charger that could handle our two phones. I realized after plugging it in the first time it was heavy enough, and oriented horizontally when plugged in, to pull itself easily out of the wall. Design aside though, its been only three months and one of the prongs had come completely out. Putting it back myself is dangerous, and frankly, not what I signed up for. All in all, Im open to trying another to see if it was just a faulty product, but am disheartened by this experience.

> 3 dayIn plain simple English this gadget does not work. Period. Your device does not charge any more quickly with this nonsense and then without it, its just a waste of money exclamation point

Greater than one weekI own a Nvidia K1 tablet. I downloaded the Ampere App to measure charging. It is my understanding that this is capable of Quick charge. Mind you I also own a similar product with Aukey that also quick charges. This anker charges around 1100mA and even drops down to 800mA. My Aukey charges at 1500 mA + and is significantly faster. I do like the anker finish much better I am surprised this is charging slow in comparison. My experience with anker quality has been 30% duds. have 3 cables and one was replaced. have 3 anker headphones and 1 was a dud and replaced. the aukey charger is QC 2.0 and charges faster than this anker product. Updating to 3 stars for Customer service alone. They are sending me a new one to try. Hope it works! Update: received the new charger as a replacement. Anker CS is awesome as usual. Charger now fast charges! Thanks Anker!

Greater than one weekI thought this was billed as a faster way to charge devices, after 2 hours of trying charge my Samsung at 60% I just went back to original usb port plug. This took the normal hour or so?

Greater than one weekVery quick charger for my smart phone and tablet. The USB cables fit snugly and Im confident in the product. I have several Anker items, cords, chargers, quick charge storage and vacuum. Im very happy with their quality and packaging and will continue to look at their offers before other companys.

> 3 dayLove the 2 ports. Charging speed is great. The only negative thing is that it sticks out 2 3/4 inches from the wall and hangs down almost falling out.

Greater than one weekI bought this because I love all the Anker products I have like their charger cables. I own about two of their cables for each phone I have. I received the Anker quick charge in the mail today for to charge my galaxy s7. I plugged my phone into it when it arrived and my phone was only at 47% battery left bit I wanted to see how it worked but it says it going to take 3 hours 57 minutes to fully charge!! Thats crazy! My Samsung adaptive charger says it will only be 50min to fully charged. I am very disappointed so much so this is the 1st and only product feedback Ive ever left on amazon.
