> 3 dayI currently have three PhotonS printers, and previously would have tanks and ultrasonic cleaner, then a separate container for curing in. This combines everything into one convenient space saving unit. Having the ability to put the build plate right on the unit is fantastic. Being a merchant for several patreons, I print a lot. Cleaning the prints was always a hassle just due to the time and it really slowed me down. With this unit now, it makes it so easy to, well, wash and then cure the prints.

Greater than one weekI was not happy with it. the beeps with every button push are comically loud and the uv blocking hood didnt fit perfectly over the unit so I would constantly have to wabble it to make the curing kick on (which caused even more beeping). like imagine your microwave beeps were 2 or 3x louder (which you might not see as a big deal unless you have dogs). plus anycubics customer service is a bit....lacking

> 3 dayThe main argument against one of these machines is generally I already have all of this functionality with my pickle jar... my ultrasonic cleaner... my UV nail light... my solar turntable thing... etc... etc... And the answer is, YES, you do have all of that. ALL OF THAT. If youre being frugal and you cant justify shelling out for one of these machines, I get it. I was there, too. But you can only be so frugal - and if your TIME and effort arent factored into your costs -- then by all means, carry on the way you are. But time and effort, to me, are important - and thats what this machine is all about. I got this after watching it in action on someone elses video review and realizing how you can pretty much throw away all that other crap and your entire dirty area collapses down to two roughly 1-foot square sections of counter. Thats IT. Once you lift the lids, you just transfer the entire build plate straight into the Wash and Cure machine -- were talking one motion here, I dont even use two gloves for this one-handed operation, so theres another staple Im cutting down on. Glove off and Im pretty much done touching anything dirty now. Once you run the wash cycle, your whole plate and print are now basically free of uncured resin. If you want/need to, you can always pop your print and supports free into the basket attachment and run it again on a short cycle to wash the contact points as well... but not often necessary. I used to have this whole song and dance routine about getting the print off the plate, making sure the plate isnt dripping onto anything else, washing the print, washing the plate, pickle jars and brushes, spray bottles and paper towels everywhere, set up the UV light and turntable, clean up everything while it cures... The only time I have ANY of that needed now is if I have a failed print and I have to clean out my resin vat or something. It is SO MUCH SIMPLER with this machine. Thats what youre buying. SIMPLIFICATION. So yes, I get it, it doesnt do anything you cant already do... but it does it all BETTER, and WAY EASIER. My only complaint is that I wish it had a handle on the top of the cover -- same odd omission I found with my printer -- but thankfully you can remedy that by printing one.

> 3 dayHad to return the original order for a replacement. Replacement is a mixed bag. It comes packaged very well, with pretty good instructions. The machine does what it is supposed to very well, washes your resin prints and then cures them. It is easy to use. Most of the materials used to build this are very good and sturdy, but beware of the cheap components where they cut corners, like with the power brick. The same day I pulled my unit out of the box the cord came loose immediately, where the cord meets the brick. I had to put a huge gob of heated glue on the unit to keep the cord in place and not moveable (see picture). I knocked off a star for that.

> 3 dayBought this with my ANYCUBIC MONO 4k, works great and is probably the easiest way to clean/cure your pieces. Comes with everything needed minus the alcohol.

> 3 dayWorks great out of the box. Cures fast. Only issue ive had is the front plate pops off and have to tack it back on before every wash. Ive since just super glued it down, problem solved. I do wish it had a door instead off the enclosure it has. Its pretty awkward if you keep it in an enclosure. Overall works great, quickest clean times by far. Half a 2 minute cycle is all my models require. Then half to one 2 minute curing cycle and its done. Less than 5 minutes from printer to finished product. Would recommend. Gonna pick up the second gen model as well. It seems to have improved quite a bit.
