I have a stock CR-10s hotend and tried a couple of other covers that didnt seem to work (fit) well. The one I put on fit as it should and seemed to be a quality product. It should be a while until I need another cover since 3 came in the package, but I can recommend these. Just double check (measure) your hotend to make sure you get the correct cover for your use.

I ordered these, not sure if I would like or prefer them. I love them now. The look nice, control temps better, and insulate better as well. I dont think I will ever go back to anything else.

These silicone covers are great. I bought them for my CR-10S, mainly to use as a cover to protect the heater block from getting filament stuck to it, more than anything else. I never had any issues with keeping the nozzle at a constant temperate. With that being said I recently moved my 3D printer to the basement where it is colder, and the silicone cover has done a great job keeping the nozzle temp steady.

Should help stop petg from sticking to the nozzle more. Bonus it helps heat stabilize.

I feel like this sock is backwards to how I would want it to be. I tried finding a better match to my exact hotend but this was the best one. This is on a Monoprice Maker Ultimate 2 printer. My printer may be a littler weird, Im not sure. I would have expected the heater to pop out of the little slot instead of the giant open hole side. This was the only way the sock would fit for me though. I didnt like how loose the sock was so I added some wire ties to hold it on there. The way they are set up on there they will not touch anything but the silicone. I took a 8 gauge copper wire and unbraided it and then twisted 2 strands together to make the ties. Install for me was super easy but my printer can drop the hotend very fast. Just dont forget to remove the filament first or you will be like me and need to wait for a heat cycle first.

I purchased this product for my Anet A8 3D printer. I use to have issues with my Part Cooling fan cooling my hot end to the point it would trigger a Thermal run away, which resulted in unfinished prints. This product solved that issue! I also notice alot more constant and steady temperatures. This product is exactly what I needed and I would recommend this to anybody! Only con I see, is the boot doesnt really seem secure all by itself. So I used some wire to secure it! I think it would be beneficial to include some wire with the product.

Does not work with FlashForge Creator Pro. I repeat, does not fit the FlashForge Creator Pro. You need an MK10 size if you have a FF Creator Pro. Otherwise it is a solid product.
