This sock is built differently from a original. The original has 3 solid walls, This one has 2 plus one with a rounded (wire?) cutout. That cutout make it weak to stay in place. I find the front is drooping because it will not stay connected at the top. The shelf overhangs are more flexible because of that hole. Get the Creality Original.

Should help stop petg from sticking to the nozzle more. Bonus it helps heat stabilize.

Good to have an extra one or two of these around, because if you have a bad clog, its going to get torn up when replacing the nozzle.

Doesnt fit the ender 3 and mine only came with 2 not 3

Theyd work better if they fit a little snugger. But the color is a nice change from basic black

They seem to work, I didn’t like the blue cap I had before, black is better.

These fit stock Creality hotends, install easily and are a fine replacement for worn, torn or sagging silicone socks.

These fit fine, no complaints. Cheaper would be nice, and I would like it if it enclosed more of the block, but really it was set-and-forget.

Item is not like the OEM thermal boot for the Ender. The purpose of the boot is to cover the hot end a reduce heat loss. This product (show in yellow) does not cover the extruder nozzle and has an unnecessary cut out on the side. Both result in unnecessary heat loss in place where ever degree is necessary for proper extruder performance. Amazon should unlist this item. .
