> 3 dayGreat watercolor paper! As some older reviews suggested, I had purchased some arches watercolor blocks before where the paper wasnt holding onto the block as well as it used to in the past. However Ive been pleasantly surprised with this as the paper is holding so well onto the block, I am having to use a palette knife to remove the sheets when I am done painting. Overall happy with the product and will buy again. As far as shipping goes, One corner of the book was slightly bent backwards. Not a problem from the product just shipping. It caused some of the arches watercolor paper to be also bent backwards in the corner. Not overly professional looking if you are wanting to sell your paintings. It was mostly the top pages of the block with this issue.

> 3 dayCostly but worth it, never have to worry that the paper will be a cause of a mistake. For me, that makes it worthwhile.

> 3 dayArches brand is the most recommended by watercolourists. It has just the right amount of texture. The block is a little more spendy than pads or bound but since it is attached all around in the block, it doesnt tend to warp as badly so that cuts the prep/stretching time way down. No need to stretch!

Greater than one weekNo review needed if you’re in the field. Just buy this paper if you’re a moderate or advanced watercolor artist.

> 3 dayGreat paper for watercolor and you cannot beat the price. My local retail store was charging $49 for the same paper. I ordered the Arches and received it in 3 days. Who could ask for anything more.

Greater than one weekBeginner in watercolor, used other watercolor papers. Now I realize I was missing on the fun of watercolor. Very good for flow of colors, can tolerate masking fluid well, and also adhesive tapes. Since its pre-stretched in block, that makes things much more easier.

Greater than one weekI have used these watercolor blacks for many years. There was a time when it might have difficult to take a sheet off of the block once in a while and had to be careful or it might rip and ruin your painting, but for the most part they are great. But i have had problems with blocks I have bought in the last 2 or 3 years and it is really disappointing. The sheets are coming off the block. The black rubber around the edges isnt thick enough or strong enough to hold them on. Sometimes almost the whole block of papers will come lose from the bottom board, or it will come apart in the middle on the larger blocks I have bought, and sometimes just the top layer will start coming apart so the painting I am working isnt flat when it dries, defeating the purpose of using the block. I like aquarelle arches paper but I wish they would improve the quality of their blocks.
