Greater than one weekI have always used Artic thermal pastes and as I rebuilt my newer systems I decided to go with this paste as it should last a long long time without having to reapply unlike some of the other pastes. Maybe those other pastes give you 1-2C more, maybe not, but none of them say they will last 8 years without having to reapply.
