Greater than one weekEasy to spread and it works. For those who have not added a CPU to a motherboard, you only need a thin layer (just enough to cover the top of the chip). Dont squeeze the whole container onto the chip. The purpose of the paste is to transfer heat from the CPU to the heat sink. If you put too much on, when you secure the heat sink, the excess will squeeze out the sides and create a mess.

Greater than one weekI use this stuff with a Noctua cooling fan on my i7 10700k, and it works great as far as I can tell! Idle temps are around 30C, and even under load, it never goes above 75 or so.
