This is great little stuff if you are adding a new processor to a computer, transfers heat quite well in my opinion.

There may be more expensive compound out there but this stuff has worked for years no issues and easy to clean later when I have to service the systems later.

Ever fry a processor? I did once with basic thermal paste, back when I was new to the custom build aspect of PCs. Thankfully I found artic silver. Ive upgraded friends heat sinks multiple times, and since that day, I always use artic silver.

The only thermal compound I use.

Not a huge tube, but not very expensive. I used this on 2 EVGA Superclocked 580s in SLI and their temps never got above 88C while running the Unigine Heaven Benchmark twice in a row and the fans never got above 60%. I highly recommend
