Finally! Finally, I could replace my old earphone pads. It was so difficult to find a pair that would fit my old Panasonic closed back stereo headphones. These were some of the only headphones I could get that entirely enclosed my ears without being tight on the head and overly noise-cancelling (I dont really prefer that, it hurts my ears.) The old pads were shedding their leather, and I have contact allergies pretty bad, so I was starting to get hives from using them. I went through multiple pairs of headphones trying to find a replacement, until I discovered that I could replace the pads. However, finding the right size proved to be a challenge. Finally, I took a chance on these, which were the only ones i could find with similar measurements and shape to the old pads. Im SO GLAD I did!! I wish I could give these 10 stars. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

These were the exact pads used in the SteelSeries Artics Pro headset, mine were getting old and were starting to smell a bit. Eventually cleaning is not enough and you gotta replace them completely and bam its like a new headset. They easily slide over the small slots on the side it just take a min to pull them over a bit at a time.

Installing the ear cushions on my Arctis 7 was as easy as the original set, but theyre stiffer (although my set is 2-3 years old at this point so maybe the foam got softer over the years). They definitely cancel outside noise more than the originals did, and theyre not scratchy/itchy as others people described. Given my original pair needed badly to be replaced (I only ordered because the left cushions connecting ring fell apart) and SteelSeries doesnt have the official airweave currently on their site these are (so far) a pretty good stand in for the price. Ill update if I have any issues w/ ear sweat although so far theyre nice and dry after about 30 minutes of use.

No pensé que cumpliría su función tan bien. Si no quieres gastar tanto en la web oficial, entonces esta opción es bastante bueno.

That question hits my mind every time I get a new set of headphones as I live in the desert. When I bought a Takstar Pro 82 and its younger cousin Cooler Master MH 752 the stock pleather-lined cushions proved to be great winter earmuffs. Thus began a hunt for pads that breathe... Enter these...generic fabric pads made for the SteelSeries Arctis headphone lineup. The mesh that touches the skin may feel a tad itchy for the first few hours but afterwards, I had no issues with the fabric. Pleather lines the inside of the pad supposedly to keep the sound curve from sounding too light and airy like a lot of pure fabric and velour pads sound. The protective mesh screen is glued on by a piece of plastic which houses the foam and preserves the pads shape. The foam recovers too quickly to be memory foam but still is very soft. They can work for the Takstar Pro 82...as long as you are willing to cut out and attach 4mm foam rings to create a seal around the plastic tabs that hold the stock cushions in. Now they can stay on my head for hours without uncomfortable heat or sweat with little or no change to the sound and they isolate about as well as the stock pads too so the sound should not leak out to nosy roommates or siblings. I also found these pads a perfect fit for the Meze 99 Classics. Just peel off the stock pads and stretch these pads on. I heard nearly no change to the sound but of course your mileage may vary on these subjective matters. Considering how well they worked for these other two headphones, they should be fine on the actual headphone they were designed for. So if you have the Arctis, Takstar Pro 82, or the Meze 99, get yourself some breathable pads today because...summer is coming.

These felt a lot better than the stock arctis 5 earpads. I got this to replace my old earpads and was expecting a cheap priduct but they feel as good or better than my arctic pro earpads.

I barely can tell the difference between the originals and these. Immediately comfortable and easy to replace. The only downside was the new smell that lasted a couple of days, but that was it.

Almost like original. Its just soften then originals, cause of this, not handling pressure with equipped headphones - ears could touch speakers (little pain after long time of usage).
