I gave this arduino three (3) stars because I also bought some that were non-brand that worked just as well (if not better) and didnt have such a high price tag. These seemed to have a problem with some of the PCs I was working with. Its good thing I had Windows 10 and not just Ubuntu for programming, otherwise I would have been out of luck for it to work.

Being a PIC guy I thought I would never buy an Arduino. But the thing is: it is ready. Nothing to design, etch or solder. It simplifies most of your problems... If you need something more from your boards, design one using a PIC24. If you`re considering using something simpler, stick to the arduino.

If I was any happier; I would need help handling it!

This unit works great. Im using it in some electronic projects Im working on, Im a beginner when it comes to electronics so this arduino along with the uno I have a big help

Do yourself a favor and buy from the actual Aurdino Site.

I needed this for my school project and it worked perfectly! I will be buying more soon!

Genuine Arduino shipped, but never connected through USB (on board programmer issues). Had to use ICSP headers and a separate programmer in AVR Studio to get code onto it.
