I had an epiphany on how to make these even better for my configuration and environment by using both sides of the rail. I had order several of these sets and am now considering sending some back since I no longer need so many. Using both sides of the rail increased the number of sockets I can place on the rail exponentially. View images of before and after (these are only a few photos). Great quality set for the price. I waited too long for this project. I’m very happy with the result.

My tool box was a mess! I finally decided to organize it to save time on projects. Im so glad I went with this product. They work great and look good too. What a bargain!

Yeah they are as good as other reviewers has stated. Just the right hold on sockets verses ease of removal. No worries about the plastic. Aluminum base sturdy.

I like the aluminum rail. These rails allow the clips to slide easily even with heavy deep sockets. I plan to cut this rail in two sections to reduce the weight of handling my large 1/2”drive sockets. The rails are sturdy and the clips hold the sockets firmly.

I bought a set of 3/8 rails and a set of 1/2 rails and so far I love them. The sockets snap tightly in place, the rails do not rust and if you need to add or remove the socket holder piece it’s very easily done.

I got the red and blue 17 inch socket rail organizers along with some additional clips and locking ends so I can customize the lengths a bit. Good fit and function from what I can tell. These are definitely much nicer than my old spring steel socket rails.

I wasn’t sure about these while I was contemplating my purchase. I have had those flimsy sheet metal socket holders until now, and they are horrible… so I didn’t have high hopes. But wow… I am very happy I bought these rails. They are SOLID! All my sockets fit tight, and the socket rails are very nice looking. There are, however, a limited number of socket clips, but fortunately you can buy more… which I did. Just search for ‘ball bearing socket clips’ and you will find a pretty large selection to pick from. All that said, I happy I bought these, and will definitely buy more as I need them. They are made well and you can get the additional clips if needed. Don’t over-think this one, they are worth it!
