Faucet looks great out of the box. We had an issue with the hoses being too long for the application that we were doing. I phoned the help number in the box, The new hoses were custom made and we had them on 4 days! Very impressed!! And , they were the right size!! Great Customer Service!

Tub fillers are way too expensive. We wanted something reasonably priced that would coordinate with the style of our other fixtures. This worked out great.

Our contractor had some difficulty installing this and I think had to buy a small part or two to ensure sturdiness, and compatible hookup. Other than that, it looks classy and stylish and is exactly what we wanted. Functionally, we have had no issues, and its fill rate is quite good. The price compared to other products is excellent. Given all considered, we are happy and rating this 5 stars.

This is a great stand alone tub faucet. The style is modern and sleek and additionally it is extremely well made and sturdy. I would recommend this freestanding tub filler to anyone. It also has a handle held shower feature that makes it even more attractive and functional.

Very surprised to get such a good quality faucet at such a great price! Did have to order shorter hoses but customer service was available at 7pm and quickly got them ordered for me! Great customer service experience!
