Beautiful and modern matte black bath tub filler for a fraction of the cost. Has really good pressure and compliments the rest of my matte black fixtures.

The hoses that came with the faucet were too long. I called customer support and they are sending me shorter hoses.

I bought this faucet nearly five years ago and overall, it has worked perfectly and still looks great. The handheld sprayer developed a very small leak. I contacted the company expecting them to charge me for replacement parts (most would after 5 years). Not only were they easy to contact and quick to reply, but they are also replacing the parts for free. They were so friendly and professional to work with! I highly recommend this product and this company!

Out of the box, this tub filler was absolutely beautiful. I have yet to install it as Im still in the process of remodeling the bathroom; however, the look and feel of this filler is that of one that costs 5x as much. The customer service was great. Per my install application, I needed longer supply lines in order to reach my rough plumbing. They were quick to respond and ship me new supply lines that will work for my application. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in purchasing again from this supplier. Im glad I didnt spend more on the name brands with the amount of quality that I received in this unit.

Almos purchased the Moen but Im glad we didnt since this is a really well-made and well-priced tub faucet. Would highly recommend this to anyone!

Overall, this is a great standing faucet for the price. It could have a better mounting design and the stacked pieces could be a better fit to be perfect, but my contractor added in a shim to straighten the look and feel. It is a solid construction and the pieces feel good in the hand.
