The faucet was better than I would have imagined. It arrived in a timely fashion. Wonderful packaging that reeks quality. Needed custom water supplies and the customer service was great. They had them out the door in a couple of days. Great experience.

Beautiful product! Love how the water falls from the faucet. I had to communicate with customer service which helped right away and is sending me a shorter hose as mine are to long.

I bought this faucet nearly five years ago and overall, it has worked perfectly and still looks great. The handheld sprayer developed a very small leak. I contacted the company expecting them to charge me for replacement parts (most would after 5 years). Not only were they easy to contact and quick to reply, but they are also replacing the parts for free. They were so friendly and professional to work with! I highly recommend this product and this company!

Beautiful and modern matte black bath tub filler for a fraction of the cost. Has really good pressure and compliments the rest of my matte black fixtures.

No directions in the box. Also it didnt have a mounting block. Ended up costing me about another $200 between the plumber and contractor

I loved that the product came well packed in foam cutout. You have to love it when it comes with white gloves to install it....I got the chrome one. When you install it, it looks modern and very nice for less than price of Delta.

Great value for the money. You need open space under the mounting so your water supply lines have room to drop into the foundation space. You need about 4-5” of drop.
