Astra Superior Platinum Double Edge Shaving Razor Blades 100 Pcs Barber Favored by Astra

I like how cheap these blades are while they are also sharp and leave my face super smooth! I already purchased 2 boxes and will keep going for these blades!

For whatever reason these funk up my razor head like crazy. Only getting 1-2 shave per blade.

Use it in a Muhle grande. Medium aggressive. My everyday user.

Value is great. They get the job done! They don’t last long for coarse hair. Great for beginners. The feathers are where it’s at, especially if you have coarse hair and know how to properly shave.

I have a tough beard, I get ingrown hairs like most people grow regular facial hair when I use a cartridge razor. I have to shave my face no less than 3 times with these blades to get a great clean shave but Im not complaining because I love the way my face feels afterwards. Ill definitely try the feather blades next but only a small pack because theyre way more expensive and I dont know how bad they will cut my face since my beard is so tough it might be better at shaving straight through it or it might struggle and cut me a lot. I bought 100 of these and I really feel like that was good value. I want to punch myself in the face thinking about all of the money I spent on Gillette and Schick razor cartridges that never gave me the perfect kind of shave that my Merkur and Astra blades give me.

Been using a safety razor on my head and face for about thirty years and have tried multiple razors from several sample packs, but generally, Im getting these Astra or the stainless steel version. I felt that these platinum coated were a little smoother and worked well with my particular skin. Im one of those people that has been looking for a combo that would leave me with zero stubble on my head and found that the combo of this particular Astra razor and the Cremo concentrated creams is outstanding. I do still pick up sample packs on occasion to verify my choice and always keep coming back to Astra Platinum.

I switch between these and Feather blades and honestly think I prefer these slightly over the Feather blades. These dont seem to be quite as sharp as the Feather blades, but the Feather ones give me irritation sometimes and Ive never had an issue with these. Whether you like this blade or not depends on your hair, technique, etc. so will these work for you? I dont know, but theyre definitely a quality blade worth a shot. I havent pushed the limits of how many shaves I can get out of these, but I generally switch mine out after 3 days of use anyways and they seem to stay pretty sharp.

I have a medium to thick beard and shave every day, I have found these blades to be the best so far. Much better than any of the Gillette or Wilkinson blades that I have tried. I generally keep a blade in for 7 days and it works just perfect. I think they are a great value for the money.
