This offers a piece of mind. Charger included for on the road power at any time. Additional pieces included for the type of tire filling. Recently had a slow leaking tire and this offers a peace of mind to be able to help myself in such a circumstance

Really like this tire inflator. I have a big expensive compressor I keep in my RV, but it has to be connected to the battery of the RV which is great if I have to top off all the tires. If I just want to top of a tire or two, this small tire inflator is perfect. Much quicker as it has a battery, or you can use the cigarette lighter adapter. There are 4 modes and the PSI is saved, so I have one set for the RV, one for my car, one for my motorcycle and one for my bicycles. I quickly filled one RV tire from 66psi to 80psi and the inflator didnt feel very hot. Very happy with it.

This cordless pump has been a game changer since switching over from my manual pump. I’ve used this to pump my bike tires and scooter tires, and the pressure gauge seems to be pretty accurate. The best part of that I can set a PSI target and when my tire hits it, the pump automatically stops.

I’m impressed with this. I’ve been using it on a tire that has a very slow leak, that I just haven’t had the time to get fixed. The operation is very easy, although the icons for the modes are small and difficult to see if you have 40+ year old eyes. It inflates pretty quickly and isn’t overly loud. I have other tire inflators that will over inflate by .5 psi to account for when you take the inflator off. This doesn’t do that, so just program it for .5 over your target before you start pumping. I like it and will keep it in the Jeep when we hit the road.

The main features I wanted this tire inflator for are: portability, dual power source and large battery capacity. Great to read the current pressure and have the inflator control the target value for pressure, no more swapping of the connector for a pressure gauge. And it looks accurate, by comparison with the stand-alone gauge readings. Also great to have a light when trying to fit the connector to the tire’s valve stem. The manual is well written, the only thing it doesn’t mention is the auto-shutoff: yes, the tool does shutoff in a minute or so of no use. The manufacturer’s website has the pdf version of the manual for download. For the drawbacks: - noisy. Not as noisy as other inflators I’ve used, though I’ve seen far better ones in this respect; - disappointed that the instructions state not to use in humid conditions: well, flat tires still happen even in wet weather; - no case – big dent in portability, I don’t want this tossed around in the trunk. The version on the manufacturer’s website DOES come with a case: “Storage bag: easy to store items Storage bag: 11.22*2.8*9.13 inch” – boohoo! - proprietary battery (of course) - the battery charging should take one hour per the manufacturer’s website product page, but that was not my experience: charging is real slow, almost two hours to get it to green from above minimum charge. And the on-battery indicator is an “all or nothing” on charging, red or green, cannot tell where the charging is at without taking the battery off the charger and putting it into the tool, so the tool display shows the battery charge value. The tool comes with a 2 years warranty and the manufacturer provides contact info, email and a phone number and a website.

Pros: Up To 150 PSI Rechargeable Portable Lightweight Easy To Use Multiple Adapters 4 Presets Manual Set From 3 - 150 PSI AC / DC Power Supply Auto Shutoff LCD Screen Cons: No Storage Pouch What I received in the package: 1 x ASTROAI Cordless Air Compressor 1 x Cigarette Outlet Power Adapter 1 x MicroUSB Charging Cable 1 x Inflation Needle 1 x Valve Extender 1 x Replacement Fuse 1 x User Manual This ASTROAI Cordless Air Compressor product I ordered to give me a back up if I needed something on the road. I drive a Jeep off-road and sometimes it would be easier to grab a cordless air compressor than pull out the big dog. Or just if you need one in an emergency to get you back on the road. In testing, I let 10 PSI out of each tire and then aired them up with the compressor. It took roughly 70 seconds per tire or about 7 seconds per pound. This is a handy little compressor to have around. The 20V battery is powered by a 2000 mAh Lithium Ion power cell that has a continuous working time of 15 minutes. The compressor will auto shutoff once it hits the inflation value that you enter. Great feature so you don’t have to 1) baby-sit the compressor and 2) don’t have to worry about over inflating something. The LCD screen is small but clear and the control buttons are easy to use. What is also nice is that you can go cordless with this tool. But still have the option of using 12V DC from the car battery via the cigarette outlet if you need it. The compressor also has an LED light in case you need it at night time. The air feed tube has a few attachments for various different needs. My only real gripe is that it doesn’t come with a storage pouch to keep all the components together. That is just a must for something like this. Also, the air line is just slightly too short to be able to reach the valve if it is at the top of the wheel. I will not sit flat on the ground which could put wear and pressure on the end points. It would have been nice if this was 1 - 2” longer. I appreciate you taking the time to read this. All in all, this portable compressor worked well in my testing. Only time will tell if it is going to be something that is durable and lasts the test of time. But so far it has functioned without issue and has been efficient and reliable. Hope this information was helpful. [5 Stars]

I wanted a small compressor for two tasks, topping off car tires and filing bicycle tires. This one tucks away easily in the car so its always available. Power comes from either the lithium battery pack or a 12v accessory plug adapter. The battery charges via USB-C, preventing the need for yet another charging brick. My existing chargers work well with it. Controls are not obvious but can be figured out. Tested it by topping off the tires on my less used car. One tire was down about 3psi. It took about 12-20 seconds to get it up to pressure. Unit automatically shut off when target pressure was reached. Checked the pressure with a calibrated gauge and it was within 1/2psi. It is noisy but I havent found a compressor yet that wasnt. It comes with adapters for inflating sports balls, floatation devices, and a Presta to Schrader adapter for some bike tires.

I chose this tire inflator /air compressor because the last one may have been “small and conveniently portable” but it was also such a waste of time and a definite waste of money! As soon as this guy arrived at my residence I opened the package and immediately started to check my tire pressure- which was SO low- then got my tires pumped up to their optimal pressure. MAN, I completely forgot how much better my car drives when my tire pressure is right as rain.

This air compressor is a great tool to have in case of an emergency. You can set your desired pressure and the compressor will turn off automatically when it gets to that point. It’s cordless and handsfree, so it’s very convenient. Having a rechargeable battery is a huge plus, but it can also run by plugging into the cigarette lighter, so it’s versatile, too. It’s heavy duty and seem like it should hold up well. I’m happy to recommend this product.

I tested two entirely different types of this product at the same time. The other, a slightly less expensive u it, was more user friendly and simpler to understand and use. The one you are considering here seems better made and designed, but it is harder to understand. Another drawback is that the first time I used it, it did not automatically turn off when it reached the preset PSI. I’m not sure why that is, and I’m still messing around with it to figure this out. The included instructions offer no insights to this. Otherwise, it is powerful and very well made.
