Touchscreen doesnt respond well to my fingers, sometimes needs multiple tries. May work better with a stylus. Speakers are tiny and weak but audio works great with headphones. Everything else seems fine.

Although I ended up returning it, it was a nice 2 in 1.

Order arrived early and I was excited to charge it and start using. However, after charging, the screen didnt work (just continual flashing lines) even though the voice to walk me through start up was coming through loud and clear. So, I have to return it and am disappointed.

This chromebooks was beautifully designed. You simple lift up from the middle not from the sides .. the customary way and youll get the hang of it. The backlit works only if you follow directions.. I got it... love it! Everything about this ASUS chromebook is just perfect. Delivery, packaging and price was worth it No regrets.

Im a senior lady who is 71 years old. I have used computers my whole adult life. When I ordered this Chromebook instead of my usual purchases in the past of Laptops, I did so by reading what the differences were between the two, then I spoke with my son-in-law about the differences and got the impression that there was not that much difference. I just received my Chromebook four days ago. I was surprised at how nice it was. Very heavy to me at first, compared to all other Laptops Ive used, but as Im using it, it does not fall off my lap when I move a little! I am going to keep this in mind when I find the right Laptop for me. This Chromebook in my opinion, is one of great quality! Quite solid and sturdy! I have two favorite things on this Chromebook. One is the screen! It is so clear, very colorful, easy to read. It is the BEST SCREEN I have ever used! The Touch Screen is more precise when using it as a laptop. For example, ones I have used in the past, have always been difficult to select the exact spot where you want the cursor to be! I would need to select, go back, select again, go back, the line, the letter, the number. I dont know if its due to the clarity of the screen or if its programming, but not having to constantly select and re-select over and over again, is a blessing! The fact in which you can fold this screen over and work on it as a tablet is great! What I dont necessarily like is how touchy it is. When I folded it over and started using it as a tablet, My hands, in holding it to use as tablet, kept touching the on/off button on the side.

This item did not fit my needs. I have returned it for a refund. It has been a month and still no refund or response from Amazon.

This is not a high-end notebook, and I was aware of that when I purchased this Chromebook for $252 back at end of 2022. However, I expect any electronic device I purchase to work without incident for at least 3 years. Buy a new a streaming device, a new TV, a new smart home device, buy a new dishwasher, buy a new coffee maker, buy an iron—do you expect it to work for at least 3 years? I think so. But I got only 5 months out of my ASUS Chromebook!

This is great, better than hp

I wanted to really love this from the get go but setting up a printer was a pain. So let me maybe help someone else. I have a Canon mg6100 series. So being printer ready was not there and the Google print cloud is not an option anymore. So I finally downloaded the print share app. My printer worked with it when I printed a test page. The only thing was I had to buy the premium app for $10.99. I printed from the premium app and it works. That is cheaper than buying a new printer and less than the pain of sending this Chromebook back and finding one that works with my printer.

I bought two of these at around $300. Excellent laptop at this price point. Trackpad is a but less responsive than my Macbook Pro but otherwise this is a quality device that suits my needs.
