> 3 dayLove the screen quality and looks, wish it was a bit easier to open and kind of wish it had rounded edges. But I still love it

> 3 dayThe ASUS Chromebook Flip C433 2-in-1 Laptop is aesthetically pleasing with the performance to match. It sports 8GBs of lightning-fast RAM with a processor that is equal to the task. The keyboard is beautiful and responsive, and with its vibrant back-lighting, it is clearly visible in any light environment. The 2-in-1 functionality really sets this device apart from its competitors. The captivating display provides unparalleled visual clarity and the touch screen is exceptionally receptive. Although all of these accolades are well deserved, it is the value you receive for your well-earned dollar that genuinely places the ASUS Chromebook Flip C433 2-in-1 Laptop, head and shoulders above all other devices in its class. In summary, this is a responsive, beautiful, and adaptive device that can hold its own against much more expensive laptops at a fraction of the cost.

> 3 dayI really like the experience Ive had so far with this chromebook by ASUS. Ive had one chromebook before that was about half the price. This model blows the other out of the water. The touchscreen, build quality, backlit keyboard, processor. The model I purchased before retailed for about 150. This is about twice the price but such a significant improvement it just really shocked me. Really like ASUS and the laptops they put out. Will look into buying another ASUS product when purchasing a gaming laptop sometime later this year.

> 3 dayI received this laptop on January 4,2023, and by February 18,2023 it stopped working. It doesnt come on and it doesnt charge. Right before it went I out, I had just looked at the battery percentage which was at 57%. I tried contacting the seller, and got no response. But before contacting the seller, I contacted ASUS and the warranty on the laptop expired last year, so there was nothing that they could do about it. This was labeled as being new and I really think that it was refurbished. I contacted Amazon and they informed me that it was unable to be returned because it was past the return window. I waited 2 days for the seller to respond. Because I dont want a refund, I would just like for the laptop to be exchanged for one that actually works. I ended up contacting Amazon again, and they were able to provide me with a full refund, but will be charged a restocking fee, which they promised will be refunded once the item is received. If I knew that this laptop would come with no warranty/expired warranty and that the seller would do NOTHING to help, I wouldve never purchased this laptop. I was able to have this resolved due to Amazon-NOT THE SELLER! Im now back to shopping around for another laptop, but Thank God that I was able to get this resolved, and will definitely will be purchasing something better this time.

> 3 dayWe bought this Chromebook for our son to use at school, and it served him well until last week, when several keys stopped working. Attempted to troubleshoot and tried reinstalling Chrome, which, as it turns out, is difficult to do when you cant connect to your wifi because the keyboard doesnt work. Very disappointed.

> 3 dayWhat a piece of garbage. We bought TWO of these 10 months ago. They both have the exact same problem with the keys not working, and now one of them won’t even turn on. For over $300, wouldn’t you expect better quality? When contacting the company they let us know it wasn’t covered under warranty, less than one year old, same problem. Very disappointing and can not recommend at all!

> 3 dayAfter getting it set up, I find out it had been registered to a YMCA and I am unable to change the name of the chromebook... Deceiving to say the least... I will probably keep it as I like the form factor and seems to function properly... But disappointed it was misrepresented by the seller. Nowhere in the discription did it mention this was a refurbished unit....

> 3 dayJust got this as a replacement for the amazing Asus C302 Chromebook. Our house is all Macbook, but I like the simplicity of the Chromebooks. Pros: screen, speed, looks, much improved sound. Cons: when the screen is open to view, past vertical, the computer, unlike the C302, rises up in back and rests on its hinges, which is odd, since it is not sitting on its feet in back. Design flaw or planned?
