Key board is to dark back light is poor need light to see it.

I got this for small projects and to hand to different people, so it floats around, and I has been nothing but awesome very Durable

Its acceptable to have one faulty laptop, but I bought 2 of these a few weeks apart for business and they both became unusable after less than a month of purchase. The worst part is this happened merely days after the return window closed. I would never buy an ASUS product again. We have purchased Samsung and HP Chromebooks and they have worked perfectly for years. ASUS is garbage.

This computer was extremely difficult to set up, the keyboard is almost impossible to see in the daylight and it lights up very dimly. Also customer service was terrible when needed help setting up computer it was almost impossible to get through to anybody. Expensive and overrated. Maybe for a student or somebody who walks around computers with no problems , definitely not for elderly or non computer savvy individuals.

The keyboard consists of silver keys with a very light green or silver print on it with the letters and numbers. In other words its impossible to see. Quite useless and I need to return it.

Screen went blank about 10 days after the Amazon warranty expired. The manufacturer (ASUS) had me take it to Best Buy and they wouldnt honor the ASUS warranty because the unit was not purchased at Best Buy. The seller (GamerLand Express) gave me instructions to try which were the same things that both I and Best Buy had done multiple times. Now they wont respond to my request to replace the computer under the 12 month manufacturer warranty. Use caution when dealing with either ASUS or GamerLand Express.

Keys are hard to see even with backlight

Its a little hard to see the keyboard for me, its on the lighter side. The Chromebook is very clean looking and it doesnt weigh a lot. Works fast so far. I dont use the touch screen too much but it is handy when you want to. A little hard to open up, it might just be me. Im tired of windows thats why I got me a Chromebook.
