ASUS Chromebook Flip C433 2 in 1 Laptop, 14 Touchscreen FHD NanoEdge Display, Intel Core m3-8100Y Processor, 8GB RAM, 64GB eMMC Storage, Backlit Keyboard, Silver, Chrome OS, C433TA-AS384T

This item was purchased brand new about two months ago and now, it doesnt work properly. The screen is dark and the power button on the left side of the Chromebook is lit and will not shut off. I cant use it at the moment and I am not certain how long this problem will persist and/or if the problem can even be fixed.

ASUS chromebook with bad keyboard, which failed within warranty period. ASUS acknowledged issue but WOULD NOT accept unit for repair because I live in the 50th State. I offered to pay for shipping but they still refused to accept it. I would have to ship it to a friend in the lower 48 and have them ship it to ASUS. My friend would then have to re-ship it back to me when repaired. ASUS needs to be informed that Hawaii is a state in the USA.

I got this chrome book primarily for writing purposes and I’m so glad I did. I love the touch screen, it has a decent battery life but my favorite part? Oddly enough is the keys! I love that they are backlit but the softness of the click makes it comfortable to type. Whenever I go to upgrade my main laptop I will definitely be looking for something with the same type of keyboard.

The amount of effort it takes to open this laptop is ridiculous. Im not exaggerating. Ive never expected anything like this

After reading many reviews I did not expect anything other than a Chromebook. However many of the things that others seem to be critical of are not an issue here..... magnets stick when you close and open into tablet mode. The touch screen works great. The pad works great and the screen is bright. I have reservations because of the many negative reviews. So far so good.

It is working great for me. The box it came in was banged up a bit, so it wasnt well protected on the inside, but it arrived on time and was as described. I love it. Thanks

I have a hard time connecting my printer with the computer.

The keyboard is very difficult to see the letters, etc. on. Even when the back light is turned up all the way. Clear letters on a silver keyboard are not a good combination.

Brand new, the speakers sound like they’re blown out. The speakers are crackley and shaking in sound. Really disappointed.
