> 3 dayIt’s a simple device, does not support Bluetooth printing and cannot connect through wifi on my can mg series printer . Other than that it’s good for simple purposes but don’t expect to be running high performance stuff on there it’s essentially an android phone on a laptop. Battery and touch screen are nice, giving 3 stars because it’s hard to print on. And another issue for me is that there is no built in artistic app that you could use to actually make use of the touch screen to its full potential….and I’m not talking about the old school paint app because that’s all I could find on there . You would have to download google play apps on this.

> 3 dayThis is my second chromebook. Compare with Samsung 11.6” Chromebook, monitor is better, response faster and more storage space

> 3 dayOK. Two complaints. Screen could be brighter. But main complaint is this hard to see keyboard. Its silver with white light thru the small letters/numbers. Impossible to see in the daytime and not a whole lot better at night. Its a great chrombook other than this.

> 3 dayWas initially very happy with the beautiful screen quality! However, the port entry failed in less than a year! Even though the product was within the stated warranty, I was held responsible for all repair charges at more than $100… and it took months to resolve. The chrome book was repaired in October 2022 and it failed again in March 2023. I would never buy another Asus product again. I previously owned an entry range Acer which performed flawlessly for ten years. Buyer beware!

> 3 dayAs far as the functionality of this unit its works well. I have a hard time physically opening the unit itself. Also, the letters on the silver keyboard are very difficult to see even with them fully lit. So I am returning it because of those reasons.

> 3 dayI had the previous version of this Chromebook that had a black back lit keyboard. I loved it but the USB-C ports died and I bought this newer version. Pretty much works the same but the silver keys with white letter are a horrible idea. No contrast at all. Pretty much impossible to see what the key lettering is unless it is a completely dark room.
