> 3 daySo sleek. Not sure how to navigate yet. Used to seeing apps on screen. So light and portable. Enjoyed using it so far.

> 3 dayUpdate: neither the seller nor manufacturer are taking responsibility for this defective product. Amazon’s A to Z guarantee apparently doesn’t cover defective products, unless the defective is identified within 30 days of initial transaction, so they haven’t been helpful either. I guess I’m out of luck for $275.

Greater than one weekWe bought this Chromebook for our son to use at school, and it served him well until last week, when several keys stopped working. Attempted to troubleshoot and tried reinstalling Chrome, which, as it turns out, is difficult to do when you cant connect to your wifi because the keyboard doesnt work. Very disappointed.

> 3 dayThis Chromebook is fast, the battery is fine so far, but it seems the quality is not very good. Backlit keyboard is too dim to clearly see on a rainy day, but is ok in the total darkness. The touch screen is missing touches sometimes. The case itself has rough edges in places. It has a weird placement of a power button and side button for volume control. It always gets into the way when you are picking the laptop, also the volume button is broken and gets stuck in the volume down position. And I have not even used this button. Overall I like the laptop enough to keep it, if the volume button would give me more problems I would open the case and fix it.

> 3 dayLike most of the reviews said, they keyboard could be improved. I sold mine shortly after I got it so cant say much about its functions. It looked very slick at first glance.

Greater than one weekWhy is the consumer treated like little more than a profit point by these corporations? I would prefer a decently priced laptop that wasnt so locked into that ideal. Its not a good trade off. Something that is slightly useful only because google seems to own the internet. This why I returned this. Too tied to google. Too data mined for their profit. As heavy as it is I would not expect it to flex as much as it does. I wonder if it has had weight added to it just give the illusion it is built better than it is.

> 3 dayI wanted to really love this from the get go but setting up a printer was a pain. So let me maybe help someone else. I have a Canon mg6100 series. So being printer ready was not there and the Google print cloud is not an option anymore. So I finally downloaded the print share app. My printer worked with it when I printed a test page. The only thing was I had to buy the premium app for $10.99. I printed from the premium app and it works. That is cheaper than buying a new printer and less than the pain of sending this Chromebook back and finding one that works with my printer.

> 3 dayHaving always used Windows, and therefore completely new to Chromebook, it is a definate learning curve. I feel hampered as Ive only ever used Microsoft type computers and being elderly may have slowed my learning speed.
